Welcome to Ayr & District Rambling Club, often referred to as ADRC.
We are a walking club based in Ayr, which provides varied walks from short flat ones, right through to more ambitious hill and mountain walks, all led by experienced walk leaders. If you are keen on walking or are thinking of starting, then why not come along and join our friendly group on a walk. Check the Walks Gen Info, This Week's Walk and Programme for more information.
 Our meeting place is Ayr College car park (by the River Ayr) at 8.45am for a 9.00am departure. Our walks are on alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
Don't be put off by thinking you won't be fit enough or fast enough, as we have back markers to ensure no one gets left behind, and we always wait for the slowest walkers. We also stop for "elevenses" and lunch breaks. It is so much more sociable walking in company.
